Description
Harvesting, pressing and fermentation of the four varieties takes place separately in stainless steel vats at low temperatures, coupage takes place in November and drawing and second fermentation in the typical "Méthode Champenoise" bottles for a minimum of 12 months before clarifying, disgorging, capping and labelling, ready for your enjoyment.
Tasting Note
Appearance: Very pale brilliant yellow with regular lines of bubbles rising to from a crown.
Nose: Very pleasant initial sensation with fine, light aromas and secondary aromas redolent of ageing in the bottle with hints of fruits and floral shades.
Palate: A Brut which sits exquisitely on the palate, fully and creamy yet dry and fresh at the same time, with a well-balanced acidity and an elegant, fruity and long finish.
Finish: Well balanced, with an agreeable after-taste and good presence.

To ensure safe and efficient delivery, wine orders are currently available in quantities between 6 and 18 bottles per order.
At the moment, 7P Wines is working to establish several collection points across Reading and other areas of England. Until these are in place, orders will continue to be dispatched directly.
All orders are shipped via UPS and are usually delivered within 2–5 working days, although occasional delays may occur during busy periods.
Please note that age verification will be required upon delivery and parcels cannot be left in a safe place.
