2. ACCESSING AND USING OUR WEBSITES
You may use our websites for lawful purposes only.
Our websites are intended primarily for customers in the United Kingdom. We currently accept orders for delivery within the United Kingdom only, subject to the delivery areas available at checkout.
Our websites may be temporarily unavailable from time to time for maintenance, technical reasons or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to update, suspend or withdraw any part of our websites where reasonably necessary.
You are responsible for ensuring that anyone using our websites through your internet connection is aware of these Terms and Conditions and complies with them.
Our websites are hosted and supported by third-party technology providers, including Wix.

3. AGE REQUIREMENTS AND ALCOHOL
Our websites sell alcoholic products.
You must be 18 years or over to purchase alcohol from us.
By placing an order for alcohol, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally entitled to purchase alcohol in the United Kingdom.
It is illegal for a person under the age of 18 to purchase alcohol.
We may carry out age verification before dispatch or upon delivery. Our delivery partners may require the recipient to provide valid photographic identification.
We may refuse or cancel an order where applicable age-verification requirements cannot be satisfied.
If an order cannot be delivered because the recipient cannot satisfy the applicable age-verification requirements, the courier may return the parcel to us and additional delivery or return costs may apply where permitted by law.

4. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, tasting notes, prices and other information displayed on our websites are accurate and up to date.
However, photographs are for illustrative purposes and packaging, labels, vintages or other presentation details may occasionally differ from photographs shown on the website.
Wine is an agricultural product and may naturally vary between vintages, bottles and batches.
The characteristics of wine, including colour, aroma and taste, may also be affected by storage and other conditions.
If a product becomes unavailable before your order has been accepted, we will contact you where appropriate and may offer an alternative or refund.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights in relation to products that are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.

5. MINIMUM ORDER VALUE AND PRODUCT QUANTITIES
Our standard minimum order value is £60.00.
The applicable minimum order value will be displayed during checkout.
Certain selected wines may also be subject to a minimum purchase quantity. Where this applies, the minimum quantity will be clearly stated on the relevant product page before you place your order.
For example, certain wines may be offered only in quantities of six bottles where this is stated on the relevant product page.
Product-specific minimum quantities apply in addition to the standard minimum order value unless otherwise stated.
Pre-order wines may be subject to separate minimum quantities, as set out in the relevant product description and in Section 8 of these Terms and Conditions.

6. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected by you.
After you place an order, we will normally send an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
A contract between you and 7p Aperitivo Ltd will normally be formed when we confirm acceptance of your order, which may occur when we dispatch the products or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before acceptance where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • a product is unavailable;

  • we cannot deliver to the address provided;

  • there is an obvious pricing or product-description error;

  • we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse;

  • applicable age-verification requirements cannot be satisfied; or

  • circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent fulfilment.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will provide a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled order.
Your order confirmation will normally contain information such as your order number, products ordered, total price, delivery charges and relevant delivery information.
Please retain your order confirmation for your records.

7. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
You may be able to create an account on our websites.
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
You must notify us promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed without your permission.
We may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary to protect our website, business or customers, or where there has been a serious or repeated breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Termination or suspension of an account does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.

8. PRE-ORDER WINES
Certain wines offered through 7p Wines may be available on a pre-order basis before the wine has arrived in the United Kingdom.
Where a product is offered as a pre-order, this will be clearly stated on the relevant product page before purchase.
8.1 Pre-order allocation
A pre-order allows you to reserve bottles from a planned import allocation.
A pre-order does not necessarily mean that the wine is already physically available in the United Kingdom.
8.2 Minimum order
For the current Toscana Collection, the minimum purchase quantity is three bottles per selected wine, unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page.
8.3 Pre-order period
For the current Toscana Collection, the pre-order period closes on 18 October 2026.
After the pre-order period closes, we will assess whether sufficient orders have been received to proceed with the planned import allocation.
8.4 If the planned import does not proceed
If the minimum allocation required for the planned import is not achieved, we may decide not to proceed with the import.
If we cancel the pre-order for this reason, customers will receive a full refund of all payments made.
Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the cancellation decision, subject to any processing time required by the payment provider.
8.5 Customer cancellation
Before the pre-order period closes, customers may contact us to request cancellation of their pre-order.
After the pre-order period closes, we may have committed the relevant allocation with the producer. However, nothing in these Terms and Conditions removes or restricts any statutory cancellation or other consumer rights that apply to the purchase.
Where a statutory right to cancel applies, the provisions in Section 12, Returns, Refunds and Cancellations, will apply.
8.6 Estimated arrival
The expected UK arrival for the current Toscana Collection is late October / early November 2026.
This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
The timing may be affected by production schedules, transport, customs procedures, import requirements or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will inform customers of significant changes to the estimated delivery schedule.
8.7 Pre-order payment
Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, payment for a pre-order is taken when the order is placed.
If the planned import is cancelled by us because the required allocation is not achieved, the customer will receive a full refund.
8.8 Alcohol and age verification
All pre-order purchases of alcohol are subject to the same age requirements as other alcohol purchases from 7p Wines.
We may carry out age verification before dispatch or delivery.

9. PRICES, PAYMENT AND BILLING
All prices displayed on our websites are in GBP (£).
Unless otherwise stated, prices include VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
We accept the payment methods made available at checkout. Payment processing is carried out through our payment service providers.
We do not ordinarily have access to or store your full payment card details.
If there is an obvious pricing or product-description error, we may contact you before accepting the order to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price. If you do not wish to proceed, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

10. DELIVERY
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom to areas available through our checkout.
Delivery charges and available delivery options will be displayed during checkout.
Unless a different delivery period has been expressly agreed with you, we will aim to deliver your order within the timeframe stated at checkout and, where applicable, within the statutory period required by UK consumer law.
For pre-order products, the estimated arrival period stated on the relevant product page applies.
Orders may occasionally be delivered in more than one parcel where reasonably necessary.
A signature and/or age verification may be required for alcohol deliveries.
If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, cannot satisfy age-verification requirements, or provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to us.
Any additional charges resulting from an incorrect address or failed delivery may be payable by the customer where permitted by law.

11. RISK AND DELIVERY
For consumer purchases, responsibility for the goods remains with 7p Aperitivo Ltd until the goods come into the physical possession of you or a person identified by you to receive them, other than the carrier.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions transfers responsibility for loss or damage to you before that point.
Once the goods have been delivered into your possession, you are responsible for taking reasonable care of them, including appropriate storage of wine.

12. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
12.1 Wine — changing your mind
When you purchase wine online from www.7paperitivo.co.uk or www.7pwinesuk.com, you generally have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day after you receive the goods, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
To exercise this right, you must notify 7p Wines clearly in writing within the applicable cancellation period, for example by email to:
info.7pwines@gmail.com
Once you have notified us, you must return the goods without undue delay and normally within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
Returned wine must be handled with reasonable care. You may be responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics and condition.
For unwanted returns, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise.
We recommend using secure packaging and a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage.
12.2 After the cancellation period
Once the statutory cancellation period has expired, 7p Wines is not required to accept a return simply because a customer has changed their mind.
For example, a bottle purchased and delivered several months earlier cannot normally be returned simply because the customer later decides that they no longer want it.
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise do not meet the requirements of UK consumer law.
12.3 Damaged, faulty or incorrect wine
Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and contact us if there is a problem.
If your wine arrives damaged, is faulty, or we have supplied an incorrect product, please contact:
info.7pwines@gmail.com
Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the product or packaging to help us assess the issue.
Where a return is required because of our error, or because the goods are faulty or damaged, 7p Wines will arrange or reimburse reasonable return costs as appropriate.
We will provide the remedy required under applicable UK consumer law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
12.4 Refunds for cancelled orders
Where you validly exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will refund the payments due to you in accordance with applicable law.
This will normally include the cost of the standard delivery service originally selected. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional cost above the standard delivery charge.
For an unwanted return, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide reasonable evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed with you.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund after it has been issued by us.
12.5 Proof of purchase
When contacting us about a return or refund, please provide your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
Please retain your order confirmation and any relevant delivery or return tracking information until the matter has been resolved.
12.6 How to cancel an online order
To cancel an online order within the applicable statutory cancellation period, please email:
info.7pwines@gmail.com
Please include:

  • Order number

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Products being cancelled

  • Date received

You may simply state:
“I hereby give notice that I wish to cancel my order [order number] in accordance with my statutory cancellation rights.”
We will confirm receipt of your cancellation notice and provide any return instructions required.

13. HANDMADE, MADE-TO-ORDER AND PERSONALISED ACCESSORIES
Some 7p Home or 7p Aperitivo accessories, including crochet or knitted items, placemats, napkins and other table accessories, may be handmade, made-to-order or personalised.
Where an item is personalised or made specifically to your specifications, the statutory right to cancel may not apply where an applicable legal exception applies.
Where an item is simply made-to-order but is not personalised, statutory cancellation rights may still apply.
Any applicable restriction will therefore be clearly stated on the relevant product page before purchase.
Handmade products may have natural variations in colour, texture, stitching or finish. Such variations are part of the handmade character of the product and do not, by themselves, constitute a defect.
If an accessory is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

14. STATUTORY CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or restricts any statutory rights you have under applicable UK consumer law.
In particular, nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your rights where goods are faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.
Where any provision of these Terms and Conditions conflicts with a mandatory consumer right, the applicable legal right will prevail.

15. OFFERS, DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS
Promotional offers and discounts may be subject to additional terms, including specified dates, product exclusions, minimum spends or availability.
Any applicable conditions will be displayed with the relevant promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary, including where there has been fraud, misuse or an obvious technical or pricing error.
Any future loyalty programme or membership benefits will be subject to separate terms where applicable.
16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content displayed on our websites, including text, photographs, images, graphics, logos, icons, designs, product descriptions, branding and other materials, belongs to 7p Aperitivo Ltd or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
You may access and use our websites for your personal and lawful purposes.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, licence or commercially exploit our website content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
17. WEBSITE CONTENT AND BLOG
Our websites may contain articles, blog posts, tasting information, wine-related content and other information provided for general information and educational purposes.
We take reasonable care to ensure that information published on our websites is accurate at the time of publication, but we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current or error-free.
Wine-related information should not be treated as professional medical, legal, financial or other specialist advice.
We may provide links to third-party websites for information or convenience. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of external websites.
18. PRIVACY
Personal information provided through our websites is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal data.
By using our websites and providing personal information, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
19. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you use our websites, place an order or contact us electronically, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically in relation to your order, account, enquiries, transactions, legal notices and other matters relating to our services.
This does not mean that you have consented to receive marketing communications.
Marketing communications will be sent in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
20. OUR LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
This includes liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by our negligence;

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or

  • any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Subject to the above, we will only be responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms and Conditions or our negligence.
We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable or that arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.
21. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL
We will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, serious transport disruption, failures of telecommunications or essential services, industrial disputes, government or regulatory action, import or customs restrictions, or significant failures by third-party service providers.
Where such an event affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and will communicate significant delays where reasonably practicable.
This provision does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
22. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We may suspend or restrict access to our websites where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or to protect our business or customers.
We may also suspend or terminate an account where there has been a serious or repeated breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Suspension or termination will not affect rights or obligations that arose before the suspension or termination.
23. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as removed or modified to the minimum extent necessary, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
24. NO WAIVER
If we do not immediately enforce a right or provision under these Terms and Conditions, this does not mean that we have waived that right or provision.
Any waiver will only be effective where permitted by law.
25. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, products, services or legal requirements.
The version applicable to your order will be the version in force at the time you place that order, unless a change is required by law or otherwise applies to you.
The latest version will always be published on our websites together with the date of the most recent update.
26. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions and any contract between you and us are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory protections available to you under the law of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions prevents you from relying on mandatory consumer rights or bringing proceedings in a court where applicable consumer law permits you to do so.
