Grapes are carefully destemmed as in the Crianza wines and hand-picked from the best south- facing vineyards plots to ensure perfect ripening.
The wine is aged for 2 years in oak barrels - 50% French and 50% American oak barrels-, then bottled and allowed to rest in the cellar for an additional year before release, developing its full character and complexity.

To ensure safe and efficient delivery, wine orders are currently available in quantities between 6 and 18 bottles per order.
At the moment, 7P Wines is working to establish several collection points across Reading and other areas of England. Until these are in place, orders will continue to be dispatched directly.
All orders are shipped via UPS and are usually delivered within 2–5 working days, although occasional delays may occur during busy periods.
Please note that age verification will be required upon delivery and parcels cannot be left in a safe place.
